What is Rayatiga and what services are offered?

Rayatiga is a digital service that helps you create, maintain, and migrate websites from one platform to another. Our main focus is on WordPress, but we can also handle other platforms as needed. Now, Rayatiga also has SEO services for those who want their website to appear more often on Google. So basically, you can come to us for:

• Building a website from scratch
• Routine maintenance (updates, backups, etc.)
• Migrating old websites to newer systems
• SEO optimization to be more visible in search engines

How to order services at Rayatiga?

There are several easy ways to get started:

• Directly fill out the form on the Contact Us page
• Try the Service Wizard feature (like an interactive quiz, helps you choose the right service)
• Click the "Get Started" button on the Home or Pricing page, and you'll be directed to the ordering flow

How long does website development take?

In general, website creation takes up to 1 month, calculated after you send all materials (like logo, text, images, etc.). If the project is simple and materials are complete quickly, it can be faster. But if it's custom and there are many revisions, it can take longer.

What payment methods are available?

We only use QRIS in the name of Rayatiga.com. No personal accounts, no e-wallets, and no credit cards. This is for security and transaction clarity as well, so everything is recorded neatly.

Can I request a custom project?

Absolutely. For example, if you need a website with unique features, booking systems, third-party API integrations, or designs that are different from usual, just tell us your needs. We'll recalculate the cost and time estimates based on the level of complexity.

How to contact the support team?

• Or directly use the live chat in the corner of the website. Our team is usually responsive during working hours.

If it's really urgent, you can also request to be contacted via WA or email.

Is there a revision guarantee?

Yes, of course. Each project gets 3 free revisions, as long as it's still within the initial agreed scope. So if there are parts that need adjustment after the first version is finished, you can submit revisions without additional costs.

Where can I see Rayatiga's portfolio?

Because many of our clients request that their projects remain private, we don't display portfolios publicly. But if you need references, just contact us. We can share some examples (anonymous) so you can see the quality of the work.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

If you're not satisfied with the final results, and the reasons are reasonable, we offer two options:

• Full 3-month support, including maintenance and major revisions up to 3x
• Or 50% refund of the total cost, and we'll keep the website live for the next 1 year

We always strive to provide fair solutions for both parties.

Does Rayatiga accept long-term partnerships?

For now, our system is annual-based. So partnerships apply for one year and can be renewed each year. We don't run long-term contracts in the form of fixed retainers, so each client can be flexible.

Are the displayed prices inclusive of tax?

Don't worry, all prices you see on the website already include PPN. No weird additional costs behind it. The price you see = the price you pay.
